Cyber Education Specialist (Cybersecurity): Designing, developing, and delivering engaging eLearning, microlearning, and phishing simulation content with an accent on instructional design best practices, multimedia assets, and platform administration. Focus on creating interactive courses in Articulate Rise/Storyline, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into scenario-based experiences, and owning client engagements from kick-off to ongoing support.

What you will do

• Design and develop engaging eLearning and microlearning content using adult learning theory, including storyboards, scripts, interactive courses with multimedia, assessments, and gamification.
• Create realistic scenario-based cybersecurity content and simulated phishing templates aligned to real-world attacks.
• Produce visual assets with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ensuring accessibility and consistency.
• Administer LMS/CMS and phishing platforms, handling content publishing, client support, troubleshooting, and campaign setup.
• Own client engagements, evaluating objectives/KPIs, providing consulting on program maturity, and collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality reviews, documentation, and process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• English: C1 CEFR or equivalent with strong written/verbal communication and technical writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field + 2–3 years experience (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with interactive eLearning design, LMS administration, and managing multiple projects/deadlines.
• Comfortable with distributed/remote teams and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with simulated phishing platforms, security awareness programs, or cybersecurity content.
• Direct client work in consulting/services environment.
• Designing for global audiences and content translation.
• Familiarity with eLearning development productivity ratios.
