What you will do

• Design interactive, role-based eLearning courses for hirify.global CXone platform to build product skills for customers and partners.
• Create and update eLearning content including storyboards, scripts, and videos for new product releases.
• Collaborate with global SMEs to translate product features into learner-friendly content and manage review processes.
• Develop internal enablement modules for engineers on implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
• Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, scripting, and QA to optimize development efficiency.
• Upload and maintain content on LMS, support organization-wide creators, and stay current with eLearning trends.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in instructional design for eLearning product training in software industry.
• Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or similar.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning courses and video tutorials.
• Strong communication, collaboration with global teams, and project management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and work independently with urgency.
