What you will do

• Manage and mentor hirify.global University instructors, providing feedback on training delivery
• Audit public and private courses for technical accuracy and standards
• Handle customer escalations related to training scheduling and delivery
• Resolve technical issues impacting training courses
• Collaborate with training leadership to improve processes and keep instructors updated on product changes
• Lead projects and initiatives to grow hirify.global Education programs and build cross-team relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience
• 10+ years software industry technical experience
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• 10+ years delivering technical training
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, time management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Personable training demeanor and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Project Management experience
• Product Management experience, tools, and processes
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
