Software Developer Customer Data Platforms (Adobe AEP): Designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer with an accent on schemas, data ingestion pipelines, profile stitching, and multichannel journey orchestration. Focus on building scalable integrations, segmentation services, decisioning logic, and ensuring data privacy compliance.
Location: 100% remote, current work authorization for Canada required. Toronto office available.
Base Salary: $101,000 - $118,000 + performance bonus + RRSP contributions.

What you will do
- Configure and maintain AEP schemas, datasets, identities, and data ingestion workflows using batch/streaming APIs and connectors.
- Implement profile stitching, identity resolution, segmentation, and governance policies.
- Build multichannel journeys in AJO with triggers, decision logic, personalization, and real-time event processing.
- Develop integrations between Adobe platforms, CRM, data lakes, and other systems via APIs.
- Handle support operations, incident management, testing, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Data Engineering, Digital, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
- Strong understanding of XDM schemas, profile stitching, datasets, and identity graphs.
- Practical experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys, events, templates, and personalization.
- Ability to work with JSON, data models, APIs/SDKs, and customer data pipelines.
- 3+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud, preferably AEP/RCDP/AJO; experience in Agile teams.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Tags/Launch, AEM, or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in MarTech engineering, marketing operations, or customer data orchestration.
