What you will do
- Sell ’s product to retail partners to motivate them to market it to their customers.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews demonstrating KPIs, POS integration, and marketing materials to increase market share.
- Manage sales pipeline, achieve goals, and follow up on partner needs in assigned Chicago territory.
- Prospect and onboard new retail partners while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Negotiate contracts, provide in-store training, and collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams.
- Resolve compliance cases and drive long-term results through advocacy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in retail/field sales, sales training, or account management.
- 3-5 years in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting B2C/B2B.
- Proven quota exceedance and growth impact, preferably in retail.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Strategic thinking, data analysis for sales opportunities, and ability to work with management.
- Must live in Chicago, Illinois region; daily/weekly local travel and clean driving record required.
