What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic sales execution.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with assigned accounts.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partners, and customer success to deliver wins.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demos, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partners on campaigns targeting end users.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene while pursuing all leads.

Requirements

  • Skilled in discovery calls, analyzing prospect needs, and qualifying opportunities.
  • Proficient in presenting hirify.global value proposition versus competitors like Microsoft, Okta, Saviynt.
  • Experience leading cross-functional virtual teams as the quarterback for sales processes.
  • Ability to create territory and opportunity plans, stakeholder maps, and drive accountability.
  • Business travel approximately 50% yearly.
  • Location: Remote from United Kingdom.
