What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on indirect and distribution-led revenue.
  • Own the strategy for scaling presence within the Ingram ecosystem and identifying new global distribution partners.
  • Develop joint business plans, GTM initiatives, and partner enablement frameworks.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to generate predictable pipeline and ensure high-quality deal execution.
  • Establish clear sales processes, metrics, and forecasting rhythms to drive consistent growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, or the Netherlands.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in sales leadership or team management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within SaaS or Cloud industries.
  • Extensive experience managing partner ecosystems, distribution channels, or indirect sales models.
  • Strong proficiency in industry channel sales, cloud marketplaces, and incentive structures.
  • Fluency in modern CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools.
