TL;DR

Manager of Sales Development (SaaS): Lead a team of 4-6 SDRs generating qualified pipeline for foodservice operators' software platform with an accent on multi-channel outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and performance optimization. Focus on designing sales development programs, coaching team to exceed targets, and partnering with Sales and Marketing for scalable revenue growth.

Location: Littleton, CO (onsite). We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain 4-6 SDRs to hit pipeline targets through coaching, training, and role-playing.
  • Design and execute multi-channel sales development programs (email, phone, LinkedIn, ABM) aligned with GTM priorities.
  • Own pipeline creation, health, and metrics including meetings booked, opportunities created, and conversions; forecast and report to leadership.
  • Optimize processes, messaging, CRM hygiene, and tools; experiment with new tactics and AI use cases for efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops on ICP alignment, campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales, sales development, or sales leadership; 2+ years managing SDR teams.
  • Proven track record driving B2B SaaS pipeline generation and managing performance via metrics.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and analytical skills; deep outbound sales strategy knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environment; emotional intelligence to inspire direct reports.
  • BA/BS preferred but not required.
