TL;DR

Outbound BDR (SaaS): Generating a new-business pipeline by delivering qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team with an accent on account research and strategic prospecting. Focus on executing an Account-Based go-to-market motion and mastering a professional sales tech stack to accelerate career progression toward an AE role.

Location: Hybrid: Requires at least 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in the San Francisco HQ

Compensation: $25.94 – $28.28 per hour (OTE up to $90,500 annually)

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers across various industries, from small businesses to large enterprises.
  • Execute an Account-Based go-to-market motion, balancing high-value account strategy with high-volume outbound activity.
  • Conduct deep account and contact research to assess fit and generate interest among prospects.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Management to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Manage a territory of accounts and broker introductions between prospects and the AE team.
  • Utilize a professional tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to build a sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco HQ 4 days a week.
  • Over 9 months of experience as a BDR/SDR in the technology industry OR 1+ year of full sales cycle closing experience in another industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to prospect into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts using phone, email, and modern sales tools.
  • Experience with SFDC, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
