What you will do

• Meet revenue targets and revenue per eligible rates for assigned accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients and brokers, educating them on value proposition.
• Provide guidance and training to broker and client partners.
• Expand accounts through frequent visits, communication, and reporting.
• Develop marketing promotions and ensure contract adherence.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of account management experience.
• Experience managing employee benefit offerings/programs.
• Financial acumen, analytical, and operations skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Pivot tables, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Ability to work in-office 3 days a week in Atlanta and travel 35%.
• Superior communication, presentation, time management, and relationship-building skills.
