What you will do

  • Drive sales growth via proactive outreach, relationship building, and digital sales techniques in target accounts.
  • Penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing ones, collaborating with Account Executives, SEs, and Channel Partners.
  • Deliver positive customer experiences using the hirify.global sales model to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo for prospecting and sequencing leads.
  • Convert leads to opportunities in Salesforce and achieve funnel, pipeline, and KPI targets.
  • Complete onboarding, Challenger Sales Training, and progressively book calls, create opportunities, and close deals.

Requirements

  • Must work remotely from Sweden.
  • Experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales.
  • Dynamic with effective communication, organization, persuasion, and deep understanding of digital sales techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with sales tools: LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce.
  • Complete Challenger Sales Training and onboarding milestones.
