Location: Must be currently based in Canada (CAN-BC-Remote, CAN-ON-Remote)

Salary range: $105,000 - 131,308 CAD with an annual discretionary bonus target of 8.3%.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy including brand positioning, paid ads, and international expansion.
• Leverage AI and marketing tech to boost content output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams on aligned campaigns and GTM initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and manage marketing budget for max ROI.
• Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and monitor trends for strategy optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4-6+ years marketing experience in SaaS, leading teams
• Proven senior leadership in B2B SaaS/tech with strategy execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HubSpot or similar.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Track record using AI/modern tech for marketing efficiency.
• Willingness to travel as needed
