Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, or Austin). Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Onboard, train, and provide continuous technical education and enablement to assigned implementation partners.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with consultants and leadership at partner firms.
• Manage the partner implementation pipeline and track the progress of client implementations.
• Execute partner strategy and coordinate cross-functionally to drive partner success.
• Oversee quality assurance of client implementations and manage partner consultant recruitment.
• Run weekly calls with partners to discuss onboarding milestones, feedback, and implementation status.

Requirements

• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Strong client-facing experience and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, or Austin.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in a partner implementation or partner management role.
• CPA certification or CPA eligibility.
• Experience with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using Customer Success/Experience systems.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global and experience implementing the platform.
