What you will do

• Support product launch execution by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to marketing and sales content by updating product materials, messaging, and internal assets.
• Assist with major events like Sales Kickoff and hirify.global Connect by preparing and managing deliverables.
• Organize and improve internal resources such as SharePoint for easy team access.
• Support new product initiatives including private previews, announcements, and recap communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, R&D, and Global Marketing.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Prior co-op, internship, academic project, or campus involvement demonstrating organization and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
