TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (B2B SaaS): Design and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns partnering with Account Executives with an accent on personalized, data-informed outreach using AI and automation tools. Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S. Up to 15 days of travel per year for company-wide events.
Salary: $78,000–$82,500 OTE per year (base + variable).

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to build strategic account lists and execute account-based outbound campaigns aligned with marketing and AE priorities.
- Research accounts and stakeholders using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI workflows to personalize multi-channel outreach.
- Conduct calls, emails, and meetings using Gong Engage and Qualified to create meaningful conversations and high-quality handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use Gong analytics to self-assess and improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead quality feedback and contribute to outbound innovation through insights and playbook refinements.
Requirements
- Must be located anywhere in the U.S. with ability to travel up to 15 days per year for events.
- Driven, curious, tech-savvy mindset with track record of follow-through and results in sales or similar roles.
- Comfortable with experimentation, data-informed outreach, and using sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, and AI assistants.
