What you will do

• Oversee building and lifecycle management of digital and analytics products ensuring quality and robust adoption.
• Manage development activities, make decisions in ambiguity, and lead without authority across teams.
• Analyze market problems, recommend technical solutions, and integrate with enterprise architecture.
• Lead application selection, RFPs, and strategic planning for digital applications and analytics.
• Mentor developers, analysts, and engineers while fostering enterprise-wide best practices.
• Present technical information to non-technical audiences including executives and large groups.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Los Angeles, CA - Health Sciences Campus
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare setting.
• 5+ years in IT with emphasis on applications and analytics product development.
• Experience leading technical/functional teams, Agile methodologies, system development lifecycle.
• Experience with user workflows, building analytics/data products, and large group presentations.
