What you will do

• Define requirements and priorities for AI-enabled authoring workflows within the Elsa platform.
• Lead an engineering squad through day-to-day product execution to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with global users and stakeholders to identify pain points and incorporate feedback.
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Conduct product discovery to define problems, explore solutions, and validate approaches.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform trade-offs and product improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in product management owning features from discovery through to release.
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in stakeholder-rich or matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle (PDLC).
• Ability to translate user needs and product strategy into technical priorities.
• Must be based in the United States.
