Product Manager (Data Products, BI)

What you will do

• Support and communicate the ABI product roadmap to engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders.
• Ground roadmap decisions in customer evidence, validate priorities through discovery, and define success metrics.
• Build relationships with ABA practice owners and leaders to surface needs and represent the customer voice in decisions.
• Own the product backlog, write epics and stories, prioritize, and drive sprint planning and execution.
• Establish lightweight processes, optimize workflows, and use AI tools to accelerate discovery, specs, and analysis.
• Maintain competitive landscape view and deepen ABI integration with other data products.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of data analytics, BI, or reporting product.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms like Power BI, Sisense, Tableau, or Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute product roadmaps in continuous development environments.
• Understanding of healthcare data management, workflows, revenue cycle, and regulations (HIPAA, FERPA).
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, semantic layers, and governed data architecture.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS or EHR/EMR; ABA or behavioral health a plus.
