What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for hirify.global’s technology partner portfolio to deliver client solutions.
• Develop GTM alliances to drive licensing revenue, gross profit, and services integration.
• Guide partner alliance directors to exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on global growth and revenue plans.
• Utilize data to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and provide insights to sales leaders.
• Drive transformative changes across hirify.global and partners to meet target market needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global alliance leadership at multi-billion dollar scale.
• Established leader in high technology partner ecosystem, especially cybersecurity.
• Experience building alliances with major platforms like Microsoft, Dell, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, VMware, Palo Alto, Splunk.
• Proven success driving partner revenue through enterprise sales force.
• Strong skills in channel GTM strategies, performance measurement, and executive accountability.
• Dynamic personality for building high-performing teams; 50% travel required.
