What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the CRO to support commercial initiatives and organizational planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
• Establish and optimize operational cadences, including QBRs, KPI reviews, and forecasting.
• Analyze commercial data to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
• Create executive-level presentations and board materials for senior leadership.
• Support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or revenue operations.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Bain, McKinsey) or a leading AdTech company.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, and AdTech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership and manage high-impact initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
