TL;DR
Area VP, Customer Success (Cybersecurity): Leading the Americas Customer Success business to drive retention, product adoption, and customer value realization with an accent on leadership development and cross-functional execution. Focus on building a high-performing management layer, optimizing GRR/NRR, and aligning CS strategy with sales and technical delivery.
Location: Remote (USA). Candidates residing within 45 miles of a company office will follow a hybrid work model.

What you will do
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success leaders across the Americas.
- Drive GRR, NRR, product adoption, and renewal readiness through the management layer.
- Design the CS organization to prioritize value realization over reactive project coordination.
- Act as the senior CS partner to Sales leadership regarding coverage, renewal forecasts, and expansion strategy.
- Coach Team Leads and Managers on executive storytelling, risk mitigation, and security-value realization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or post-sale leadership roles, with significant experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure software.
- 3+ years of experience leading other managers (Team Leads/Managers) in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success engaging with CISOs, CIOs, IAM leaders, and executive buyers.
- Proven track record of hitting GRR, NRR, and advocacy targets.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in identity security, Active Directory, Entra, threat detection, and incident response.
- Proficiency with SFDC, TaskRay, health scoring, and forecasting dashboards.
- Experience leading through organizational change or coverage-model redesigns.
