What you will do

• Design and scale three distinct revenue motions: OEM/Embed, Marketplace Resell, and Referral/ISV-Influenced.
• Establish and manage hirify.global's position within the Google Cloud Marketplace and wider technology alliance ecosystem.
• Define and prioritize the ISV target map across CCaaS, UCaaS, collaboration, and agentic AI adjacencies.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic ISVs, ranging from category leaders to high-growth AI-native players.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance to define pricing, take-rates, and roadmap priorities for the marketplace.
• Develop the business case and hiring plan for ISV Partner, Alliance, and Program Ops teams as the motion scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS with 5+ years focused on ISV, OEM, cloud marketplaces, or strategic technology alliances.
• Proven experience scaling commercial motions on Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure Marketplaces.
• Track record of designing and closing OEM, embed, or rev-share agreements with measurable ARR contribution.
• Experience in Contact Center, Unified Communications, or conversational AI categories.
• Must be based in the US; role requires travel.
• Fluency in analyst-driven category narratives (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant).
