What you will do

• Lead field force size and structure recommendations with geographical validation and strategic enhancements.
• Provide expertise in targeting strategies and call planning to drive field performance.
• Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Create streamlined plans integrating reporting into field initiatives with leadership.
• Develop resources for decision-making, change management, and field leader guidance.
• Collaborate on communication needs, needs assessments, and standardized reporting templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales, leadership, marketing, or market access).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication.
• Strength in operations, project management, and execution.
• Proven relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interface with Executive Leadership confidently.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in rare or specialty disease commercial environments.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and field force automation tools.
• 2+ years managing a field team.
