TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead field force size and structure recommendations with geographical validation and strategic enhancements.
- Provide expertise in targeting strategies and call planning to drive field performance.
- Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Create streamlined plans integrating reporting into field initiatives with leadership.
- Develop resources for decision-making, change management, and field leader guidance.
- Collaborate on communication needs, needs assessments, and standardized reporting templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales, leadership, marketing, or market access).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication.
- Strength in operations, project management, and execution.
- Proven relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to interface with Executive Leadership confidently.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in rare or specialty disease commercial environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and field force automation tools.
- 2+ years managing a field team.
