Salary: $148,200 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Content Producers and contributors responsible for scaling interactive technical experiences.
• Define the strategy for hands-on learning, including labs and sandboxes, to help learners demonstrate competency in real-world scenarios.
• Own the lab production operating model, managing intake, prioritization, staffing, and delivery forecasting.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to enhance platform capabilities, telemetry, and QA systems.
• Optimize development workflows through automation, reusable patterns, and repeatable production systems.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure lab feasibility, architectural fit, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, cloud, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineers, technical producers, or cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven track record of building and troubleshooting cloud environments, developer tools, or technical platforms.
• Ability to balance technical quality and scalability with delivery timelines and learner impact.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and their influence on software development and learning.
• Must be based in the USA.
