Salary: $170,000–$195,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end operations of workforce IAM, IGA, and PAM capabilities, ensuring reliability, documentation, and consistent scaling.
- Define and execute WIAM roadmap, prioritizing based on security, user experience, and resilience; manage dependencies and automation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, providing feedback, hiring support, and career growth.
- Balance security controls with usability via risk-based decisions; handle escalations and drive durable fixes.
- Partner across security, technology, and business to integrate capabilities and evolve strategy using metrics and feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years in identity and access management, directory services, or adjacent security engineering.
- 3+ years leading engineers on production security and IAM platforms.
- Experience owning enterprise security platforms: roadmaps, prioritization, metrics, continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of IAM including lifecycle, governance, IGA, PAM, cloud/hybrid patterns.
- Proven influence across teams via communication; balance security, UX, reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; clear communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools.
