TL;DR

Director of Software Engineering (.NET/React): Leading and scaling engineering teams to build a healthcare SaaS platform for autism and IDD care with an accent on scalability, developer experience, and HIPAA compliance. Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Holmdel, NJ; Verona, Italy). Remote candidates must be based in the US.

Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering ownership and excellence.
  • Oversee technical design of enterprise applications utilizing C#/.NET, React, and SQL Server.
  • Drive AWS infrastructure strategy, implementing cloud-native services and containerization for high availability.
  • Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security and compliance standards including HIPAA, SOC2, and PCI.
  • Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute long-term product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record leading teams in building and maintaining SaaS applications.
  • Technical competency in .NET, ReactJS, RDBMS, Kubernetes, and AWS PaaS.
  • Must be based in the US for remote work eligibility.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
