What you will do

• Define the technical vision and architecture standards for the DNS portfolio.
• Serve as a thought leader and external voice in RF/EW, spectrum management, and C4ISR domains.
• Design AI-powered automated pipelines for interference analysis and spectrum coexistence modeling.
• Lead technical governance, establishing review gates and engineering standards across programs.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with entities like Palantir and cloud/AI providers.
• Mentor and coach technical leads, solution architects, and principal engineers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in defense or intelligence mission systems.
• Deep expertise in RF/EW, spectrum management, C4ISR, or AI/ML mission acquisition.
• Proven track record of winning competitive federal technology pursuits.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, DevSecOps, and zero-trust architectures.

Nice to have

• Prior service in Navy Cryptologic Warfare, Air Force 17X, or Army EW/Cyber.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry/Gotham or LLM integration in defense.
• Published thought leadership in spectrum or AI/ML acquisition.
• Advanced technical degree (M.S., M.A.).
