Location: Work from Home (no location preference, PH time zone 6AM-3PM, NZST 10AM-7PM). Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines office optional.

What you will do

• Produce 2D/3D electrical drawings, lighting/power layouts, and circuiting plans in Revit from markups and CAD.
• Develop power reticulation documentation (400/230V) and technical schedules/legends.
• Create and manage Revit electrical families, especially lighting fixtures, ensuring proper tagging and visibility.
• Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, fire, and structural disciplines in tight spaces.
• Interpret building structures, apply accurate heights/offsets, and maintain clean, buildable models.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in electrical design/building services drafting; Australian/New Zealand project experience required.
• Strong Revit (Electrical) experience, including families and templates.
• Solid understanding of building services electrical systems and AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules preferred.
• AutoCAD, Bluebeam proficiency; lighting software (DIALux/AGi32) desirable.
• Clear written/spoken English; able to work independently remotely.
• High attention to detail, practical mindset, technical comprehension.
