What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to identify customer challenges and articulate the value of the platform.
- Lead and orchestrate technical validations, including Proof of Value phases for complex prospects.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to both executive and technical audiences.
- Close complex opportunities by leveraging technical expertise and competitive product knowledge.
- Bridge the gap between customer feedback and internal teams to improve service offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role like Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or SRE.
- Hands-on knowledge of security technologies including SIEM, Log Management, IDS/IPS, and threat detection.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in technical infrastructure, including networking and modern application architecture (microservices, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong business acumen.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a technical field.
- Experience with open-source collection tools like Telegraf, FluentBit, or OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Elastic.
- Startup experience in a fast-paced environment.
