What you will do

• Drive cross-functional project management with repair operations, external partners, and engineering to resolve complex repair issues.
• Manage end-to-end repair lifecycle for hirify.global products.
• Partner with engineering teams on repair enablement, first pass evaluation preparation, and continuous process improvements.
• Lead MRB reduction initiatives to enable cost reductions and shorter lead times.
• Define, manage, and report on key operational metrics while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and lean methodologies to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial), Supply Chain Management, or related technical field.
• 10+ years experience in product, manufacturing, or process engineering in high-tech, telecom, networking, or complex electronics.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of repair processes, logistics, and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with PLM tools, ERP systems, DFM, DFA, serviceability principles, process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or 8D problem solving.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; exceptional communication and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally to repair depots, manufacturing sites, or suppliers.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of telecommunications hardware manufacturing or service environments.
• PMP certification or similar project management qualification.
