What you will do

• Own and deliver complex aerospace programmes from bid through to certification.
• Act as the primary customer interface for assigned programmes.
• Define and manage programme plans, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Translate customer requirements into delivery and engineering execution plans.
• Lead governance, reporting, and performance across workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of aerospace engineering or programme management experience.
• Proven delivery of complex aerospace or high-integrity engineering programmes.
• Strong understanding of aerospace development and validation processes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrohydraulic or mechanical aerospace systems.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 21 airworthiness requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Project and structured development methodologies like APQP.
• Previous experience with technical signatory or approval processes.
