What you will do

• Own renewals bookings performance for your industry or product scope through team leadership and execution plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop customer success managers across experience levels, providing hands-on guidance for complex deals.
• Orchestrate team activities, ensure pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and adoption of customer success tools.
• Serve as escalation point for strategic deals, participate in executive engagements, and reinforce value proposition.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, and Marketing to achieve revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred
• 7-10+ years customer success experience with significant people leadership
• Proven success scaling complex B2B customer success teams
• Strong coaching and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, research, or advisory businesses
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
