Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, UT (M, W, F in-office)

What you will do
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale the Account Management team from the ground up.
- Establish AM strategy, including customer segmentation, engagement models, and renewal/expansion motions.
- Own customer retention and expansion outcomes, collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing.
- Develop data-driven processes to monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve forecasting and team efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and inform product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading AM or Sales teams, preferably building them from scratch.
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles, renewal/expansion motions, and churn mitigation.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for forecasting, insights, and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience with accounting, fintech, or workflow automation products.
- Experience leading teams through rapid scale or high-growth environments.

Hiring process
