Salary: $164,279.49–$187,747.98 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project initiation, execution, control, and closeout for planning, environmental, design, and construction projects.
• Plan project execution, develop project manuals, and monitor manpower, spending, scope, cost, cash flow, quality, procurement, and risk.
• Build contractor-client communication networks and lead regular progress meetings.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Submit code-compliance and permit documentation to federal, state, and local authorities.

Requirements

• Experience managing civil construction projects in the aviation sector.
• Ability to manage project budgets, extra work requests, invoicing, schedules, resources, and quality procedures.
• Ability to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, project specifications, and company policies.
• Ability to develop client relationships and participate in proposals, presentations, and project-specific marketing.
• Ability to work onsite in the Dallas, Texas area.
