Base salary: $125,000 – $155,000 + equity

What you will do

• Act as primary point of contact for escalated technical issues from IT Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving end-user devices, collaboration tools, AV equipment, and peripherals.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, deployment, refresh, and secure decommissioning.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes with account creation, access provisioning, and equipment setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on solutions, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
• Participate in IT projects, deployments, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations while contributing to documentation and mentoring juniors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, STEM, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT support roles.
• Strong expertise in desktop support (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Office Suite, email clients, remote access tools.
• In-depth knowledge of network fundamentals (Zero Trust, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with PowerShell, Entra ID; ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment; excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Bash.
• Identity & Access management principles.
• IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, or Ansible.
• Fluency with Linux systems.
• Supporting cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
