What you will do

• Manage identity and access across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments using Okta.
• Maintain MDM baselines and patching using tools like Kandji and FleetDM.
• Build and iterate on AI agents and automation pipelines for ticket triage and onboarding using LLM APIs and Workato.
• Evaluate and deploy emerging AI tools to improve team efficiency and workflows.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex IT service tickets.
• Create and maintain runbooks and documentation for IT processes and configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer or system administrator.
• Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with MDM systems (Kandji, Jamf, FleetDM, etc.) and identity platforms like Okta.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MCP servers, Workato, n8n, or LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools.
