What you will do

  • Design, develop, and optimize analytics dashboards and management tools embedding patient data from health information systems.
  • Lead complex assessments, build predictive models using machine learning, and automate multi-source data analysis.
  • Conduct cost modeling, financial impact analysis, capacity planning, and performance improvement projects.
  • Oversee reporting frameworks, executive presentations, and data governance for scalability and quality.
  • Mentor teams, foster relationships with physicians and clinicians, and coach on sustaining performance improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights via advanced statistical modeling and data science to support clinical decisions.

Requirements

  • Must work onsite in Los Angeles, CA
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, or data science
  • 3-5 years in business/data analytics, healthcare analytics, or related; 1-2 years in lead/senior role
  • Expert in Python, R, SQL; working knowledge of databases, Tableau/Power BI/Qlikview, data visualization
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of business statistics, healthcare operations, and data science principles

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or Analytics
  • Expertise in machine learning for predictive models and advanced statistical approaches
  • Master-level proficiency in data visualization platforms like Qlikview and Tableau
