Senior Clinical Operations Business Intelligence Analyst (Healthcare Analytics)

Salary: $84,365–$130,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, optimization, and governance of clinical and operational business intelligence dashboards.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable analytics tools and management systems.
• Build complex analytical and predictive models, automate multi-source data capture and analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead cost modeling, financial impact analysis, capacity planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and frontline staff to support data-driven operational changes.
• Mentor colleagues, manage project plans and risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, timeline, and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, or data science.
• 3–5 years of experience in business or data analytics, healthcare analytics, healthcare quality, clinical operations decision support, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a lead or senior role.
• Expert knowledge of Python, R, and/or SQL, with experience in databases, statistical software, analytical models, and data visualization.
• Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
• Fire Life Safety Training from LA City is required; if unavailable at hire, it must be obtained within 30 days and maintained.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in health administration, nursing, industrial engineering, or analytics.
• Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical methods.
• Master-level expertise in QlikView and Tableau.
