Sr Analyst Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analytics

hirify.global provides genetic and laboratory services, with the role supporting revenue cycle and reimbursement analytics.

What you will do

• Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly RCM reports and dashboards.
• Validate data, reconcile differences between source systems, and document reporting limitations.
• Analyze workflows, payers, tests, teams, aging, denials, productivity, cash, reimbursement, and turnaround time.
• Identify trends, root causes, bottlenecks, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Present concise findings, business impact, and recommended actions to RCM and Finance leaders.
• Establish project baselines and targets, monitor post-launch results, and standardize or automate recurring reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of healthcare RCM workflows and measures.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with a business intelligence or data visualization tool.
• Experience combining, validating, reconciling, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Ability to explain complex analysis in concise, nontechnical business language while protecting confidential information and complying with HIPAA and applicable requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with diagnostic, molecular, genetic, pathology, or specialty laboratory reimbursement.
• SQL and Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics experience.
• Experience with Quadax, Salesforce, laboratory billing systems, clearinghouses, payer portals, CRM, or LIS data.
• Experience with reimbursement, ASP, prior authorization, denials, appeals, forecasting, capacity analysis, vendor reporting, automation, or AI-enabled analytics.
