Manager, Commercial Insights (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid commuter role based at hirify.global's Deerfield, Illinois or Thousand Oaks, California office; on-site 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Own executive reporting on product performance, sales effectiveness, patient services, and commercial KPIs.
• Design reports, dashboards, and presentations that support brand strategy and operational decisions.
• Support forecast development, performance tracking, and monitoring against baseline assumptions.
• Perform SQL-based data pulls, ad hoc analyses, validation, and data manipulation.
• Manage data from vendors and sources including hub, specialty pharmacy, claims, EMR, and patient-level datasets.
• Translate analytics into concise business narratives for senior leadership and collaborate with sales, marketing, and patient-services stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or master's degree with 2 years of market research or analytics experience; or bachelor's degree with 4 years; or associate's degree with 8 years; or high school diploma/GED with 10 years.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for querying and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets, including sales, claims, hub, EMR, and patient-level data.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week from the Deerfield, IL or Thousand Oaks, CA office.
