Provider Business Development Manager I (Healthcare): Develop and implement growth strategies focused on physicians, medical groups, and community organizations with an accent on referral relationships, service line outreach, and market intel. Focus on using data and research to identify opportunities, mitigate barriers to utilization, and drive new patient acquisition and revenue growth.
Location: Fully Remote (Los Angeles, CA). Must have CA Driver's License with clean record and be able to travel outside the office; Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days if applicable.
Salary: $81,120 - $133,010 annually

What you will do
- Communicate with external providers to raise awareness of services, facilitate faculty introductions, identify barriers, and demonstrate results.
- Use market research and data to create outreach plans for existing and new accounts, present for approval, track progress, and adjust to meet growth goals.
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned service lines, execute specialty growth plans across geographies, and represent in internal meetings.
- Monitor referring physician market through provider dialogue, competitor research, and data analysis.
- Maintain documentation in CRM, collaborate on department events, and escalate payor/hospital opportunities to leadership.
- Work with Marketing to develop physician outreach materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent education/experience.
- 5+ years in healthcare business development, physician relations, network development, or pharmaceutical/physician/medical sales.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); CRM experience required.
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal communication, critical thinking, analytical skills, financial acumen, proven sales experience.
- Able to work independently, some evenings/weekends, and travel; CA Driver's License required.
