Client Success Executive

TL;DR

Location: Fully remote, must be US based to comply with company policies such as HIPAA.

What you will do

• Lead pre- and post-sale presentations and regular client meetings to maintain relationships and align on goals.
• Drive revenue growth via upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.
• Manage sales opportunities in CRM for pipeline visibility and follow-up.
• Oversee proposals, renewals, and implementations with internal teams.
• Develop Strategic Account Plans outlining goals, initiatives, and opportunities.
• Serve as primary client contact for communication, issue resolution, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing internal/external relationships; healthcare plan administration knowledge
• Experience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (in-person/virtual)
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple accounts under pressure with strong customer service

Nice to have

• Bachelor's in marketing or business administration
• Self-funded healthcare experience
