What you will do

• Drive strategy, execution, and performance of CRM marketing programs for consumer engagement, including acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Develop and execute CRM/email roadmap, segmentation, content planning, and personalized campaigns across touchpoints.
• Manage email distribution per editorial calendar with A/B testing of content, layout, and design.
• Build digital measurement framework, track KPIs, and use data-mining for segmentation strategies.
• Identify marketplace trends and opportunities, recommend CRM innovations, and act as subject matter expert on tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Science, or related field
• 3-5 years in email/CRM/direct/database/lifecycle marketing
• Experience with full automated marketing processes (lead scoring/nurturing, campaigns, landing pages, reporting).
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud; knowledge of segmentation, personas, lifecycle management.
• Marketing analytics experience with tools like Google Analytics.
• Collaborative skills for working with vendors, agencies, Marketing, and IT teams; strong communication and multitasking.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) card (obtain within 30 days if in LA City)
