What you will do

• Maintain and develop email strategies including flows and unique campaigns based on proprietary tracking and loyalty platforms
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on client projects
• Set up, test, and deploy campaigns within client email platforms
• Create and refine email templates and automations
• Segment and maintain email lists
• Analyze campaign performance and report results
• Write email copy and coordinate assets for campaigns
• Use customer data for message and content personalization
• Continuously seek improvements through new technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing email marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of international email regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CASL)
• Experience growing and analyzing large email marketing databases
• Ability to build email marketing campaigns from scratch
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B testing, and CMS
• Experience using SQL or similar queries for data analysis
• Strong data analytics skills to suggest improvements
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM
• Perfect English proficiency
