What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and attainment of shared revenue goals.
• Design and implement standardized workflows for lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.
• Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack in collaboration with the business systems team.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards in CRM and BI platforms to provide insights into the sales funnel and KPIs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue systems and support deal desk functions regarding pricing and contracts.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Pigment, or Tableau.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, or Gainsight.
