Site & Executive Support Lead - End User Services (Financial Services): Delivering and coordinating 24/7 white-glove IT support to executives with an accent on deskside troubleshooting, vendor oversight, and stakeholder relationships. Focus on resolving complex issues in Windows environments, managing IT assets, and ensuring SLA compliance under high-pressure conditions.
Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Windsor, CT or San Diego, CA. Candidates must reside within commuting distance. Remote or hybrid not available.
Salary: $100,070 - $157,470 USD

What you will do
- Serve as primary technical lead for onsite end user services, ensuring high-quality support.
- Deliver 24/7 white-glove support for executives, resolving issues with speed and discretion.
- Provide Level 1-2+ troubleshooting for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile, and AV systems.
- Oversee vendor-managed teams and act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, incident response, and change processes.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and promote service excellence.
Requirements
- Must reside within commuting distance of Windsor, CT or San Diego, CA and work onsite Monday-Friday.
- Extensive experience in IT service delivery and executive support.
- Strong technical skills in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, VDI, and workstation imaging.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management.
- Experience with ITAM tools and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years relevant IT experience.

- Industry certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA).
- Familiarity with performance management and business relationship management.
