Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Setup, deploy, and manage high-performance Mac and Windows workstations.
• Administer user access, groups, and security in Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Handle ticketing and workflows in Jira Service Management, prioritizing for first-touch resolution and SLA compliance.
• Support iOS, Android, Linux devices, printers, A/V equipment, and network peripherals.
• Provide onsite white-glove support as primary contact for staff and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT support in global corporate environment; FinTech/Crypto experience desired
• Deep knowledge of macOS (primary), Windows 11, Linux, iOS/Android
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365 administration
• Proficiency in Jira or similar ticketing platforms
• Networking basics (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi) and hardware maintenance
• Professional maturity, ownership, and communication for non-technical stakeholders
