What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Service Desk operations at the contractor site.
• Manage Active Directory users, computers, and Windows endpoint imaging.
• Administer remote desktops and support Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams.
• Apply networking skills to ensure connectivity and system stability.
• Analyze data, metrics, and reporting to optimize service delivery.
• Provide personnel leadership to the technical support team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required to start.
• Security+ certification is required.
• 4 to 7 years of experience working in an Enterprise IT Environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in Active Directory and endpoint imaging.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Nice to have

• Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Proven team and personnel leadership skills.
