What you will do
- Maintain account management for key accounts with direct client interactions to sell company services
- Develop strategic client solutions supporting Account Managers and Operations
- Formulate account strategies and tactics, generate RFPs, and prepare client presentations
- Review and ensure quality of proposals for assigned accounts
- Support international client activities via collaboration with operations and European partners
- Oversee complete Business Development ownership for Italy and Switzerland territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years Business Development sales/account management in CRO industry
- Demonstrated understanding of Phase I–IV drug development
- Experience working Italian/Swiss markets
- Fluency in Italian and English
