What you will do

• Develop sales strategies and action plans for upselling to existing and new clients, including pricing and SLAs.
• Act as main point of contact for client needs, promoting modules/services and managing projects.
• Handle commercial back office: procurement, invoicing, credit collection, and contractual reporting.
• Manage marketing & communication: content creation, events, presentations, and website updates.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and contribute to internal projects.
• Oversee external consultants and contract management.
