What you will do
- Qualify and evaluate authorized partners and leads.
- Set targets and evaluate partner performance linked to goals.
- Train and inspire authorized partners, developing webinars.
- Handle inbound calls and act as the head of Salesforce for the local sales team.
- Visit fairs and key customers, performing outbound calls to develop non-active partners.
- Be the first point of contact with new potential partners and share core values.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience from a similar sales and customer-oriented role.
- Passion for learning new technology (IT, Tech, and IP technology).
- Ability to create trust and develop long-term customer relations.
- Sound organizational skills and ability to prioritize between different tasks.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
